1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and NexaStep Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62013PN2026PTC257642), a company incorporated in India and referred to in these terms as “we”, “us”, or “the Company”. “TrueGTIN” refers to the platform and services we operate. By accessing and using TrueGTIN's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

TrueGTIN provides QR-code based brand building and product verification services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Payment Terms

TrueGTIN uses a prepaid wallet model, not a subscription. You add funds to your wallet balance, and fees are deducted as you issue serials and labels. There are no recurring subscription charges. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate billing information
  • Paying all fees when due
  • Understanding that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

The bullet above concerns wallet and label-usage fees. Orders for physical goods placed in our store — printers, cartridges, spare parts and printed labels — are governed separately: they can be cancelled before dispatch, printed labels are non-refundable once printed, and refunds carry a payment gateway deduction. 6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by NexaStep Technologies Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueGTIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
