Questions

Do I need a TrueGTIN account to get a price?

No. Upload your codes, choose a size and material, and you will see the exact price for your run. You only create an account at checkout, and everything you configured comes with you.

Where do Transparency codes come from?

Amazon issues them to you as an enrolled brand. Export them from the Transparency portal and upload the file here — we never generate Transparency codes, we print the ones you were issued.

What file formats can I upload?

CSV, TXT or Excel. We find the code column automatically, whether or not the file has headers, and tell you how many usable codes we found before you pay.

What if my file has duplicates or blank rows?

We remove duplicates and skip anything that is not a code, then show you exactly how many of each we found. The number you are quoted is the number of labels you get.

Can you ship to my 3PL or contract packer?

Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout — the run goes straight to whoever applies the labels.

What about bigger runs or a custom size?

Runs over 200,000 labels and non-standard sizes are quoted individually. Email Ratna@truegtin.com and we will price it.
