Permanently delete your TrueGTIN account and associated data
Enter the email address registered on your TrueGTIN account below. We'll send you a confirmation link — clicking it permanently deletes your account and associated data. No login is required.
You can also delete your account directly from Settings → Advanced → Danger Zone inside the app, without leaving the app.
Once confirmed, we permanently delete:
If you share a company account with other team members, only your personal login is removed — shared company data stays intact for the remaining members.
We may retain certain information where required by law or legitimate business purposes, such as billing records for tax/accounting compliance and fraud-prevention logs. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
Deletion happens automatically and immediately once you confirm via the emailed link or the in-app Danger Zone. The confirmation link expires after 1 hour for security.
